This document sets out the terms and guidelines that apply to the use of all tk services. Please read it in full before creating an account or using the services.
By using tk's services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using this service.
Introduction and Applicability
1.1 General Overview
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk and the users ("Members" or "Users") of its website tkcasino.cam ("Platform"). These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to Bangladeshi members.

1.2 Meaning of Accepting the Terms
By registering an account with tk, using the services, or carrying out any transaction, the user is considered to have fully accepted these terms. If a user wishes to decline this agreement, they should not use the service.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account with tk, users must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (for ages 21+).
- Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- May operate only one account in their own name.
- Must provide a valid mobile number and accurate personal information.
- Must not be a person working in a restricted area or profession.
2.2 Registration Process
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. If false or misleading information is provided, tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account.
The mobile number must be verified via OTP. Certain features may be limited until the account is fully verified.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each person, household, or device is allowed to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. This rule is in place to prevent misuse of bonus benefits.
2.4 Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with third parties or leaving an account logged in on another person's device is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tk currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services, with Rocket being Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is needed or if unusual activity is detected.
3.4 Transaction Security and Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, tk may request identity verification. Users must provide the correct documents. Payment will be held until verification is complete. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at tk will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.
4.2 Other Promotion Rules
The weekly tk Deposit Festival bonus offers 30% (up to ৳8,000), 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300. The tk Slots Fun bonus offers 50% (up to ৳5,000), 25x wagering — this bonus is valid in the slots section only. The weekend tk Cricket bonus offers 40% (up to ৳6,000), 18x wagering.
To receive the Birthday tk Reward (up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering) and the Refer a Friend tk Gift (up to ৳2,000, 15x wagering), the account must be fully verified.
4.3 Bonus Misuse Prohibited
Creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or conducting fake transactions with the intent to misuse bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
tk reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are never equivalent to cash.
VIP Membership Terms
5.1 VIP Levels and Benefits
tk's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can progress to higher levels through regular and active gaming.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
5.2 Weekly Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is given as a set percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday morning at a set time. Cashback is not free of wagering requirements — it is subject to the applicable terms as part of the promotion.
5.3 Level Change Policy
If activity decreases or there is no qualifying activity, the VIP level may be downgraded. tk reserves the right to adjust VIP levels at its discretion in specific cases.
Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on tk are sourced from verified software providers and operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.
If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error or software issue, it will be considered void. tk reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions in such cases.
6.2 Betting Rules
Once a bet is accepted in sports betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific cash-out option is available. In multi-bets, if one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is void.
If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is refunded. For incomplete matches, tk's decision is final.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure:
- Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
- Betting using automated software or bots.
- Managing or assisting in managing another person's account.
- Attempting money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Exploiting technical errors in the system.

tk reviews complaints as a team before communicating a decision. Complex matters may naturally take a little more time to resolve.
8.3 tk's Final Decision
tk's decision on any matter relating to game results, bonus eligibility, or rule violations is considered final. However, users have the right to request an explanation of the basis for any decision.
General Provisions
9.1 Right to Amend Terms
tk reserves the right to amend, revise, or add new provisions to these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
9.2 Consequences of Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, tk may consider returning a portion of the verified original deposit (excluding bonuses). However, in cases of fraud or serious violations, all funds may be forfeited.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
tk is not liable for any loss suffered by users due to technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party software failures. tk always endeavours to ensure service continuity, but temporary interruptions for maintenance may be necessary.
9.4 Applicable Law
The law and jurisdiction applicable to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms are determined by tk. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
9.5 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one term will not affect the others.
